We are a part of the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. We encompass all ages and all spectrums from autism, Down syndrome, Fragile X and various other developmental disabilities.

Seattle Children's Autism Center provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment and support for autism spectrum disorders. They offer a range of medical and mental health services.
The UW Autism Center is a nonprofit organization devoted to supporting individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorders. Services include assessment, diagnostics and treatment.
Providence Women's and Children's Pavillon in Everett offers a Neurodevelopmental Clinic and Autism Center providing assessment, diagnostics and treatment.
FEAT of Washington serves families touched by autism in Washington State. We are there for families from diagnosis through their child’s journey to adulthood. FEAT provides family support and resources in several different ways: • Initial contact, direction and support through Family Services • Intensive ABA therapy for young children through Rising Star Academy • Financial support through Ben’s Fund • Social and recreational programming through Experience Learning Project
The Everett Clinic's ADHD & Autism Behavior Clinic is currently available at at the Harbour Pointe and Marysville locations. This community based, specialized clinic is led by Ellyn Cavanagh, PhD, ARNP, and provides treatment for pediatric patients who have been diagnosed with ADHD or autism and focuses on improving quality of life by treating the behavioral issues that can interfere with learning and socialization.
The Washington Health Plan Finder is Washington's Health Benefit's Exchange provided as part of the Affordable Care Act. All plans on the exchange should cover Neurodevelopmental (OT/ST/PT) and Mental Health (ABA, assessment, diagnostics) benefits without unreasonable limitation when medically necessary.
